"Net.Work" is a prototype which represents the result of design research around the subject of soft skills and the job market. It offers an alternative for the traditional CV by using the candidate different interconnections.
This platform allowing job seekers to collect recommenders ("Net.Workeres") from different social circles and the employers receive information on the applicant based on the "Net.Workers" inputs.
In this way, job seekers can get feedback based on their social circles and evaluate which job fit the best for them and which soft skills they need to improve.
The employers can receive broader and more diverse information on the applicant soft skills before they are hired.
